Community, Growth and Acceptance – three words which encapsulate what I hope to bring to the Berowra community through yoga. I offer a range of classes to suit the beginner to more advanced practitioner:
Vinyasa Yoga –
Linking breath with movement, this flow class mindfully builds strength and flexibility through a gradual progression that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. With a strong focus on pranayama (breath work) and meditation, each class can be modified to meet the needs of the individual student
I am now a qualified yoga therapist (2 year post-graduate diploma). Private sessions are offered upon request.
